Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026. Starting text — please have an attorney review it before running ads, especially the sharing/selling and consent sections.

Who we are

Hall Estate Equity Group LLC (“we,” “us”) buys residential property for cash. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share or sell it to, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Information we collect

When you submit our form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the address of the property you are asking about, plus anything you type into an optional message or upload to us.

We also record basic technical details automatically: your IP address, browser user agent, the page you arrived on, the site or ad that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you used (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid, or our QR code tag).

How we use it (purpose limitation)

We use your information only for the purposes described in this policy: to contact you about a potential cash offer on your property, to evaluate the property, to respond to your questions, to keep records of your consent, to measure our advertising, and to prevent spam and fraud. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes, and if we ever want to, we will tell you first and get your consent where the law requires it.

Automated tools and artificial intelligence

We may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, to help us do things like organize and summarize enquiries, draft messages and offer estimates, transcribe or summarize calls, estimate property values, and score how likely an enquiry is to fit what we buy. Some of these tools are operated by third-party service providers who process the information on our behalf.

A person is always involved in the decisions that matter: we do not make a final offer, or refuse to work with you, based only on automated processing. If an automated result looks wrong to you, contact us and we will review it manually.

We do not knowingly submit your information to public AI tools that use it to train their models, and we ask our providers to process it only to deliver their service to us. If you would rather we did not run your information through these tools, tell us and we will handle your enquiry manually.

Who we share information with

We share the information you give us with:

  • Service providers that run this site and our operations — website and database hosting, email and text messaging, phone service, e-signature, customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools, analytics, spam prevention, and the AI providers described above.
  • Advertising and measurement platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, so we can understand which ads produce enquiries. This can involve sharing limited identifiers such as a click ID, hashed email, or hashed phone number, which in some states counts as “sharing” for targeted advertising.
  • Business partners, investors, real estate agents, title and escrow companies, contractors, lenders, and other property buyers who may be able to make you an offer or help complete a transaction.
  • Professional advisors (attorneys, accountants) and anyone we are required to share with by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
  • A buyer or successor if our business or assets are sold or reorganized.

We may sell or transfer your information

We buy in specific areas. If your property is outside an area we buy in, or is not a fit for us, we may transfer, license, or sell your enquiry — including your name, contact details, and property information — to other real estate investors, buyers, agents, or lead marketplaces who may be able to help you, and we may be paid for that referral. Under some state privacy laws this counts as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

You can tell us not to do this at any time and it will not affect how we handle your enquiry. Use the do not sell or share my information option, or contact us directly. We do not sell information about anyone we know to be under 16.

Communication consent

By ticking the consent box you give us, and the property-buying partners we may transfer your enquiry to, express written consent to contact you at the number and email you gave us about your property — including calls and texts made with an automatic dialling system, a prerecorded or artificial voice, or AI-assisted messaging. Consent is not required to sell your property, to receive an offer, or as a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Opt out any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in our emails, asking us directly, or using our request form. We keep a record of your consent, including the wording you agreed to and the date.

Cookies and advertising tracking

We use a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to work. Advertising and measurement tools (the Meta pixel) only load after you choose “Accept” in the banner at the bottom of the page — if you decline, nothing is loaded and no advertising profile is created. You can change your mind by clearing your browser’s site data for this site. Declining never affects your offer request. Where the law treats sharing for targeted advertising as a “sale,” use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, opt out of its sale or sharing, opt out of targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Make any of these requests — including deleting your information and any files you uploaded — through our privacy request form, or by calling or emailing us. We verify requests using the contact details you gave us and normally respond within 30 days. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows it.

Some records may be kept after a deletion request where the law requires it, for example consent records for text messaging, tax records, or completed transaction files.

How we store and protect information

Your details and any files you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled database and file storage. Uploaded files are never made publicly browsable, and links to them are not published. Nothing you submit can be read from this website by anyone else: enquiries can only be viewed by authorized staff signed in to our admin tools, and our systems reject any attempt to read them without that sign-in.

We practise data minimisation. We do not ask for financial account details, social security numbers, or photo identification through this website — never send those by form or email. We store only a coarse version of your network address (the last part is removed) rather than the precise one, and we keep it only as anti-fraud evidence. Technical anti-abuse records are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Data retention, storage limitation, and deletion

Storage limitation: we keep your personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, and no longer.

Deletion: when you ask us to delete your information, it is erased within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law — for example texting-consent records we must keep to prove compliance, tax records, or completed transaction files. Anything kept for a legal reason is restricted to that purpose and deleted when the obligation ends.

Automatic deletion: enquiries that never lead anywhere are reviewed and removed as part of routine housekeeping, and technical anti-abuse records are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Visitors from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

This website is aimed at property owners in the United States and we do not target visitors in Europe. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and submit the form anyway, we handle your information in line with the GDPR: we process it only on a lawful basis (your consent, or steps you request toward a possible contract), and you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already happened. Use our privacy request form or contact us; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed; material changes will be posted on this page.
