Terms of Use

Last updated 2026. Starting text — please have an attorney review it before you run ads, especially the arbitration, liability and assignment sections.

Who we are

This website is operated by Hall Estate Equity Group LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at (575) 441-8014 or jarethall@heegconsulting.com. By using this site or submitting the form you agree to these terms.

No offer, no guarantee, no contract

Submitting the form is a request for information. It does not create a contract and does not guarantee that we will make an offer on your property. Any offer we make is subject to our review of the property and title, and is non-binding until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties. Nothing on this site promises a specific price, percentage of value, or closing date.

We may buy, or assign our contract to another buyer

We buy properties for our own portfolio and we also work with other buyers and investors. We may assign or transfer a purchase contract to another buyer, and we may transfer or sell your enquiry to another property buyer if your property is outside the area we buy in. Our purchase agreements disclose this. If you prefer that we do not share or sell your information, tell us using our data request form.

Not legal, tax, or brokerage advice

We are a property buyer, not a real estate brokerage, and we do not represent you in a transaction. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or appraisal advice. Please consult your own advisors, and get your own valuation before you accept any offer.

Calls, texts and emails

If you tick the consent box you agree we, and buyers we may transfer your enquiry to, may contact you at the number and email you gave us — including automated dialling, prerecorded or artificial voice, and AI-assisted messages. Consent is never required to sell your property or receive an offer. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us, to stop emails.

Accurate information and permitted use

You agree the information you give us is accurate and that you own the property you submit or are authorised to discuss it. Do not submit anyone else's details, use this site to send bulk or automated submissions, attempt to access data that is not yours, or copy the site's content for a competing service.

Site provided as-is

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty about accuracy, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of this site or your submission — even if we were told such damages were possible.

In no event shall Hall Estate Equity Group LLC be held liable for damages exceeding the total amount paid to us by you, the consumer, in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Because this website is free to use, that amount will usually be zero; if a court finds this cap unenforceable, our total liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hall Estate Equity Group LLC and its owners, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of this website or our services, information you submit that is untrue or that you were not authorized to share, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved. If a dispute arises between you and us that we cannot resolve informally within 30 days of written notice, you and we agree the dispute will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in Lubbock County, Texas or by remote hearing, and the arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could.

You and we agree that claims may only be brought in an individual capacity. You and we waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over a class proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and the rest of this section still applies.

Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court instead. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing jarethall@heegconsulting.com with your name and the words "arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of your first submission; opting out does not affect the rest of these terms.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where arbitration does not apply, any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lubbock County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact
